This is not a standard cleaning. New construction cleaning is heavy detail work — drywall dust settles everywhere, stickers cover every fixture, paint overspray hides in corners. I come prepared and I don't leave until it's done right.
Includes: · Removal of all construction dust from every surface — walls, ceilings, floors, fixtures · Inside all cabinets and drawers wiped down · All appliances cleaned inside and out · Sticker and label removal from windows, fixtures, and appliances · Paint overspray and caulk smears cleaned · Bathrooms scrubbed top to bottom · All floors vacuumed and mopped — including grout lines · Window sills, baseboards, and trim wiped down · Light fixtures and ceiling fans cleaned · Garage swept if applicable · Final walkthrough to ensure move-in ready standard
